##Tenten 實習計劃 FAQ
- Q：招募/履歷收件到什麼時候截止？
- A：我們沒有截止時間，基本上每半年都會啟動一次 internship program。準備好履歷/作品集/網站等資料就盡快寄給我們吧！
- Q：收到履歷會通知嗎？如果沒有進入下一階段會通知嗎？
- A：因為有時履歷件數比較多，我們沒辦法回覆每一封收到的履歷。但徵選後如果有進入下一階段，我們都會統一寄送通知信。
- Q：實習生錄取後什麼時候開始上班呢？
- A：每次啟動 internship program 的時間都不太一樣（基本上每半年為一個 cycle），確切時間會寄送 Email 通知。
- Q：實習期間多久？
- A：實習計劃為半年一期。
- Q：不是在學身份可不可以參加實習計劃呢？
- A：可以，沒有身份限制。
- Q：還不會該職位需求的技能，但是想學可不可以？
- A：可以。我們這裡鼓勵混合型的人才。

- (Marketing) 網路重度使用者，熟悉網路化語言。
- (Marketing) 具備一定程度的內容企劃及撰稿能力。
- (Marketing) 了解基本 IT、網路、Social Media 方面的知識。
- (Marketing/ Design) 邏輯思維清晰，做事認真負責，想要學習。
- (Marketing/ Design) 積極的工作態度和熱情，懂得自主學習。
- (Marketing/ Design) 良好的溝通和表達能力。
- (Marketing/ Design) 須具備基礎英文會話和讀寫能力。
- (Design) 須具備基礎 Figma 或 Sketch 軟體技巧。
- (Design) 具有美感，且對產品介面充滿想法，對 IT 資訊、科技新知、電子商務感興趣。
- (Design) 善於溝通，有獨立思考的能力，能夠接受批評並有條理的表達自己的想法。
- (Design) 懂得彈性規劃、分配自己的時間，自律自發，能獨立作業。
[優先考慮]
- 本科及以上學歷，新聞、傳播、廣告、營銷、設計相關專業，或有相關工作實習經驗。
- 每周工作4天以上，全職優先 ((此職位為工讀生職位，以時薪制給付。
- 英文聽說讀寫優，或懂其他語言者。
- 有製作產品原型，或參與大型專案的經驗。
- 非常會使用 Instagram Story / SnapChat / Tiktok 的小夥伴們也是不錯的 XD

## Tenten Internship Program FAQ
- Q: When will this job posting expire?
- A: We don't have a deadline. We start an internship program every six months. So prepare your resume/portfolio/website, and other relevant information and send it to us ASAP!
- Q: Will I be notified if my resume was received? Will I be notified if I did not enter the next stage?
- A: Because there are sometimes a large number of resumes, there is no way to reply to each resume received, but we will send a notification letter if you enter the next stage.
- Q: When does the internship start?
- A: The time of starting the internship program is not the same every time (basically a cycle of every six months). We will notify you through email regarding the exact onboarding time.
- Q: How long is the internship?
- A: Usually it's 6 months.
- Q: Can I participate in an internship program if I am not studying?
- A: Yes, no restrictions!
- Q: I don't have the skills required for the position, can I still apply?
- A: Yes. We encourage all kinds of talents here.

[Job requirements]
- (Marketing) A heavy network user who is familiar with networked languages.
- (Marketing) Fair marketing content planning and writing ability.
- (Marketing / Design) Knowledgeable about IT, network, ecommerce, and social media.
- (Marketing / Design) Clear and logical thinking, responsible and big desire to learn.
- (Marketing / Design) Positive work attitude and enthusiasm, capable of self-learning.
- (Marketing / Design) Must be comfortable writing, reading and speaking English.
- (Design) Must have basic Figma or Sketch software skills.
- (Design) Great at communicating and critical thinking, and able to not only accept criticism well but express themselves organizingly.
- (Design) Able to plan working schedules independently with flexibility and self discipline.
[Bonus]
- Relevant work experience or degree. (Journalism, communication, advertising, marketing, or design.)
- Able to work for more than 4 days a week, full-time preferred. (This position is an intern position with hourly wage salary.)
- Excellent in English (speaking, reading and writing), or other languages.
- Sensitivity to IT, new technology, aesthetic sense, and eCommerce.
- If you're good at using Instagram story / SnapChat / Tiktok, that will also be good XD
