Tenten is the designated Asia Pacific agent for the US unicorn startup HubSpot.
Description
- Cross team communication, integrated marketing needs and efficient communication with engineering departments and PM.
- Execute customer projects, track progress and close the results.
- Planning marketing activities, such as corporate websites, Landing Page, Newsletter, Blog, and various promotional ideas and productions.
- Write customer planning, copywriting and closing reports.
- Internal/customer documentation and reconciliation of meeting minutes.
- According to the results of data analysis, specific optimization strategies and practices are proposed to improve user conversion rate.
- Use data to analyze user behavior and identify potential growth opportunities.

- Accepting the environment of a new startup, can develop from scratch, have pioneering ability and pursue work efficiency
- Experience in digital marketing related projects with at least one year of experience.
- Data analysis capabilities, logical thinking skills and market research.
- Good teamwork, communication, coordination, and flexibility.
- Know how to operate Facebook Ads and Google Ads.
- It has extra points for project planning and management, SEO execution, copywriting, ad placement, and GA data analysis.
- English ability.

- 接受新創公司環境， 能從無到有發展，有開創性能力且追求工作效率
- 具有數位行銷相關專案執行經驗，至少一年經驗。
- 具有數據分析能力、邏輯思考能力與市場敏銳度。
- 良好的團隊合作、具有溝通協調能力、彈性應變能力。
- 懂得操作 Facebook Ads 與 Google Ads。
- 具有專案規劃與管理、SEO 執行操作、文案撰寫、廣告投放、GA 數據分析等相關行銷工作為加分。
- 英文能力佳。
