Tenten is a Martech Consultancy and Startup studio, literally. We are a startup that's building a top notch team to plan and execute internal startup projects or our clients. Responsibilities:
- Responsible for backend development (Ruby on rails, Node.js, Wordpress, jQuery/Javascript, PHP, AWS, CloudFlare, RESTful APIs, JSON, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, MySQL, Bootstrap, HTML5/CSS are assets)
- Follow waterfall or agile methodology depending on the requirement
- Work closely with project teams (including design, engagement management, and research) to contribute to strategy and execution that helps meet the needs of our clients
- Work closely with our design & development team to develop user centered experience website
Requirement:
- Bachelor’s (or Master’s) Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalence
- Fresh graduate or 1+ years of experience in web development (including, but not limited to Ruby on rails, Node.js, Wordpress, jQuery/Javascript, PHP, AWS, CloudFlare, RESTful APIs, JSON, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, MySQL, Bootstrap, HTML5/CSS)
- Experience working with Wordpress (it will be a plus if you are familiar with WooCommerce)
- Good written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to document technical design and installation/deployment processes
- Passion and aptitude to quickly learn new concepts / technologies
- Fresh graduates are welcome
- Amenable to work in Marikina
Learning and Development:
- Version control techniques using tools such as Git, Github and GitLab
- Local and remote debugging techniques
- Web performance standards and best practices
