🔥 Roles & Responsibilities

• Independently manage end-to-end project delivery across four verticals — Web Development, Marketing, GEO (Generative Engine Optimization), and Social Media — owning scope, SOW, timelines, budgets, QA, and launch.
• Working with senior developers, designers, and clients to identify and document project scope, gathering business requirements, and assessing dependencies and risks.
• Build and maintain AI agents, automations, and custom tools using Claude Code, Codex, Claude Cowork, and n8n — not as a side project, but as core delivery infrastructure. If a process repeats, you automate it.
• Design and maintain a reusable library of Claude Skills and prompt assets for the entire delivery team. Your output is team leverage, not just personal hours.
• Operate as the day-to-day contact for all matters specific to assigned projects — status reports, scope changes, risk escalation, billing handoff.
• Anticipate project risks and work to resolve those before they negatively impact the project.
• Use AI daily for project operations: drafting SOWs, generating test plans, summarizing client meetings, writing release notes, turning meeting transcripts into action items in minutes.
• Coach the team on AI-augmented workflows so the entire pod ships faster. You raise the AI capability of everyone around you.
• Become an expert on process, products, and scope across the four service lines. Contribute to process creation, management, and improvement, as well as efficiency-finding and best practice development.
• Provide regular project status reporting to managers and divisional leadership on the progress of deliverables, resourcing, and time management.

• 設計並維護可複用的 Claude Skills 與 Prompt 資料庫，供整個交付團隊使用，你的產出是團隊的槓桿
• 能夠清楚整理、協助客戶釐清需求
• 協助開立報價單、開案前置準備
• 時間配置及管理
• 預判專案風險並在影響專案前解決
• 每天用 AI 處理專案營運：起草 SOW、生成測試計畫、摘要客戶會議、撰寫 Release Notes、把逐字稿轉成行動項目
• 指導團隊採用 AI 增強的工作流程，讓整個 Pod 出貨更快‍

🦄 Experience

• College graduate.
• Zero to three years of project management or web experience but portfolio over résumé. We care more about what you've shipped and built than years on a CV.
• Interest in Design or Web Design.
• Previous project management or web marketing experience preferred.
• Hands-on experience building AI agents, automations, or custom tools with Claude Code, Codex, n8n, Make, Cursor, or similar.
• Experience with Agile Project Management and/or project management and communication tools such as Notion, Linear, Jira, Asana, Google Workspace, Figma, or Slack preferred.
• Basic experience with or understanding of Java, HTML, or PHP preferred.
• Bonus: Experience with Webflow, Shopify Plus, Headless Commerce, or Ghost CMS.
• Bonus: Understanding of GEO / AI search optimization, or SEO project management.
• Bonus: Managed scaled social media content pipelines or community growth.
• Bonus: Built MCP Servers, Claude Skills catalogs, or orchestrated multi-agent workflows.

• Fluency in English is necessary
• A builder mindset－you've shipped working AI agents, automations, or custom tools. Show us, don't tell us.

• Documentation by default — SOPs, runbooks, post-mortems written before being asked. If it isn't written down, it didn't happen.
• Genuine interest in web, app, and UI/UX with a working understanding of the field.

We run a low-meeting, high-autonomy workplace. Team members manage their own schedules, with flexible hours and the option to work remotely when needed. We don't expect unnecessary overtime — when the work is done well, your time is yours.

We use cloud-based tools for communication and project management, so everything stays organized without the overhead. Our office is in Taipei's East District near Breeze Center — a comfortable, open space equipped with laptops, standing desks, and whatever else you need to do your best work.
From time to time we get together for casual team dinners and celebrations, but nothing mandatory. We'd rather you show up because you want to.
