Focus: Taiwan BD playbook, AI-enabled ABM/Lead Gen, partner ecosystem growth
What you’ll do
- Co-build an integrated Marketing-to-Sales funnel: define ICPs, segment target industries (semiconductor, manufacturing, energy, transportation, smart city, etc.).
- Orchestrate ABM motions and outbound rhythms (multichannel: email, LinkedIn, events/tradeshows).
- Establish MQL → SQL → Pipeline → Revenue processes, forecasting cadence, and quarterly targets.
- Leverage AI tools for outreach scripts, email personalization, meeting notes, and follow-up automation.
- Expand SI / channel / solution partners; drive joint offerings (IPC + Edge AI + industrial networking).
- Run data-driven CRM pipeline management, deal health reviews, win/loss analysis, and playbook iteration.
What we’re looking for
- 5–8+ years in B2B sales/BD for enterprise hardware/software or solutions; comfortable with long sales cycles.
- Track record leading teams or cross-functional pursuits as a Deal Captain.
- Strong CRM (HubSpot/Salesforce) mastery, proposals, and negotiation; consistent quota attainment.
- Excellent communication/presentations in English and Chinese; able to work with US HQ and Taiwan clients.
Bonus
- Knowledge of IPC, Edge AI, industrial networking (OT/IT convergence).
- Experience in channel development / SI partner programs and strategic account growth.
- Exposure to public sector / large tenders.

我們希望你具備
- 5–8 年以上 B2B 企業軟硬體或解決方案 業務/BD 經驗,熟悉長週期決策鏈。
- 有帶領團隊或跨部門專案經驗,能擔任 Deal Captain 推進複雜商機。
- 熟悉 CRM(HubSpot / Salesforce)、提案與合約談判,具配額達成紀錄。
- 中英文溝通與簡報流暢,能與美國總部與台灣客戶協作。
