Tenten Creative is working with one of our clients in Taipei to find a Lead Senior UX Designer that will drive vision and spearhead digital transformation for the client’s prospects, customers, and employees.
As a Lead UX Designer, your role under this new team and directive, means that you will work directly with c-level executives and stakeholders to design and deliver top-notch experiences, products and services as well as lead large scale CX initiatives to provide seamless omni-channel solutions and world class products and service.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop a brand new team for this project.
- Work with the team and client, using storytelling skills to communicate your vision to others and discover new opportunities.
- Be an advocate for user-centered design attitude towards problem solving as well quickly analyze and synthesize information.
- Hands on UX Design: create designs, personas, site maps, etc.
- Support and own products from strategy to launch.
- Lead research, synthesize insights and use data to develop insight-driven product strategy and validate your solutions.
- Champion user research on customers and translate the insights into omni-channel experiences, customer focused solutions or services.
- Design new and update existing products/services to help foster strategic business growth.
- Work with the client to help to define the larger strategy, making sound business decisions, creatively and strategically.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience as a user experience (UX) designer, interaction designer, information architect, or other similar CX-related role.
- A strong online portfolio of work with UX and CX pieces such as journey maps, user flows, wireframes, and lo/hi fidelity prototypes.
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills - Can articulate clearly your design decisions to product teams and executive leadership and understand the right questions to ask based on the audience for feedback.
- Knowledgable in best practices for information architecture and interaction design, user-centered design process, user experience principles, techniques and patterns.
- Ability to create prototypes with InVision, Principle, Axure, and/or html/css/javascript.
