任務重點：網站體驗設計落地、Webflow為主的前端實作與設計交付
你會做什麼
- 以 Figma 建立響應式版型與設計系統（色彩、字體、8pt 間距、元件庫/Design Tokens）。
- 與策略/內容/工程協作，將設計落地於 Webflow。
- 依 GEO/SEO 與轉換目標 優化 IA、導覽、表單與 CTA，並規劃可用性/無障礙（WCAG）檢核。
- 製作高保真 動效 Prototype，撰寫互動規格與交付 Redlines/Specs。
- 維運元件版本與設計 Token，打造可複用模板（Hero、Pricing、Case、Blog、Jobs）。
我們希望你具備
- 具 App / Web UI/UX 設計與落地實作 經驗（研究 → 線框 → 視覺 → 規格交付 → 驗收）。
- 熟悉至少兩款設計工具：Figma、Photoshop、Illustrator（以 Figma 為主）。
- 具有美感與系統化設計思維，能對介面與互動提出具體、可落地的想法。
- 能運用 CMS（WordPress / Webflow） 完成專案製作，理解 RWD 版型、元件化與內容模型。
- 與海外同事協作需求，英文溝通中等以上（會議/文件皆可應對）。
- 請務必附上作品集（網站連結或 PDF）。
加分條件
- Web UI/UX 實戰（RWD、設計系統、Design Tokens 與組件庫）。
- 熟悉 HTML/HTML5、CSS、RWD、SCSS（能與前端配合或做輕量調整）。
- 了解 SEO / 效能 / 無障礙（WCAG） 基礎最佳化；熟悉 Lottie / Rive / Framer Motion / GSAP 微互動尤佳。

Website Designer
Location: Taipei (Hybrid / Flexible Remote)
Team: Tenten.co in-house design team
Focus: Web experience delivery; Webflow-first front-end implementation and design handoff
What You’ll Do
- Build responsive layouts and a Figma-based design system (color, type, 8pt spacing, component library / design tokens).
- Collaborate with strategy / content / engineering to ship in Webflow.
- Optimize IA, navigation, forms, and CTAs toward GEO/SEOand conversion goals; plan usability & accessibility (WCAG)checks.
- Produce hi-fidelity motion prototypes, write interaction specs, and deliver redlines/spec sheets.
- Maintain component versioning and design tokens; create reusable templates (Hero, Pricing, Case, Blog, Jobs).
What We’re Looking For
- Hands-on App/Web UI/UX delivery experience (research → wireframe → visual → spec handoff → QA).
- Proficient with at least two design tools: Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator (Figma-first).
- Strong visual taste and systematic design thinking; able to propose concrete, shippable interface/motion ideas.
- Able to deliver projects with CMS (WordPress / Webflow); understands RWD layouts, componentization, and content models.
- Intermediate+ English for collaboration with overseas teammates (meetings & documentation).
- Portfolio required (website link or PDF).
Nice to Have
- Solid Web UI/UX practice (RWD, design systems, design tokens, component libraries).
- Familiar with HTML/HTML5, CSS, RWD, SCSS (can pair with front-end or do light tweaks).
- Awareness of SEO, performance, and accessibility (WCAG)fundamentals; micro-interactions with Lottie / Rive / Framer Motion / GSAP are a plus.
